Refund and Return Policy

1. Return window
   You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The 30-day period starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
2. Condition of items
   Returned items must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Items that arrive damaged or defective are also eligible for review. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions.
3. How to start a return
   Email info@rileyspetsdeal.my with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions. Please do not send an item to the return address without contacting us first.

5. Return shipping and restocking fee
   Return shipping is free for qualifying returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Refund timing
   After we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may then take 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
7. Items that cannot be returned
   If an item is not eligible under this policy, we will explain the reason after reviewing the request. We do not approve returns outside the 30-calendar-day window unless required by applicable law.
